I am happy to announce that I will be teaching Chair Yoga at Nest Yoga starting Thursday, May 11th, 1:30-2:30pm- this is a great class for anyone new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or returning to yoga after some time off. Equally awesome is the opening of a brand new yoga and osteopathic wellness studio here in Oakland called Nourish Osteo. I will be teaching 60 minute Nourish and Flow classes at 7am on Mondays and Thursdays- more info about scheduling can be found here. These classes will be primarily focused on full body exploration and aligned action that works to balance the nervous system toward injury prevention and trauma recovery.
